Across cultures and generations, grief has been tended to in community.
This gathering is an invitation to remember that way.

Grief is a natural, human response to loss, but it is often carried quietly, without space, language, or support.
This afternoon workshop offers a gentle, guided environment where you are invited to slow down, turn toward what you are holding, and tend to your grief with care and compassion.
Together, we will create a supportive and confidential space to explore the many shapes grief can take, whether from bereavement, life transitions, unmet expectations, or the quiet accumulations of loss we carry over time.
Through a blend of reflective practices, facilitated conversation, song and simple ritual, you will have the opportunity to express, witness, and honour your experience in your own way.

This is not about fixing or moving on. It is about allowing and making room for what is present, and discovering how grief, when tended, can soften, connect, and even transform.

The afternoon will include:
-
Story and reflection
-
Song and vocal harmonies
-
Ritual to honour grief and welcome joy
-
Space to share what we carry in our hearts
There will be refreshments during the break and vegetarian food served after the workshop, both included in the price.
