my journey

My spiritual journey started roughly 15 years ago, since then I have explored various practises and belief systems. One of the most influential for me has been Witchcraft, which taught me many generous wisdoms, from earth connection to spell-crafting. It was from Witchcraft that I discovered ritual and ceremony which formed the bedrocks of what I offer today as an Interfaith Minister. This sparked a love and curiosity of all that is unseen, magical, and which cannot be explained but can only be felt and known, for me, so much of what is potent within the ceremonial and storytelling space is to do with this, and it is here that my heart beams and my soul sings.
I now take inspiration and guidance from many sources of wisdom; I call upon the Yogic, Celtic and Druidic traditions, shamanic and earth-based practises from around the world, various religions particularly those rooted in African Spirituality, early "Christianity" (especially the Magdalene teachings), Buddhism and Hinduism.
For my personal practises and development I work with plant medicines in ceremony - I have been working with different medicines for around 8 years and receive great teachings and guidance that have shaped my life and who I am today. I journey with the drum, following age-old traditions to seek insight, wisdom and counsel from the spirit world and unseen guides. I use prayer and ritual daily, from my morning practise to natural inner and outer world cycles. I write prayer in a 3000 year old Proto-Celtic language, which assists my intention of reaching into my ancestral lineage. I like to deepen my understanding of self and personal processes within the framework of breath-work, kundalini, meditation and a variety of divination tools. I receive much inspiration from nature and elementals as well as psychology, philosophy, anthroposophy and ancient history.
